Among weird and wonderful finishes, new distilleries and innovations, sometimes we need a reliable, comforting dram to turn to. Good old-fashioned, rugged Highland single malt whisky done right.
Tasting Notes - Cereal and Sweet
Colour: Shortbread gold.
Nose: Torn brioche, Madagascan vanilla and sliced almond.
Palate: Crisp green apple, biscotti and subtle violet.
Finish: Remains bright and balanced with fresh lime and gooseberry.
